Is paper included with my first purchase? Print in color or black and white?

The printer comes with A4 roll paper, which only supports monochrome black and white printing, but no ink or ribbon is required.

Do we have to use a specific type of paper? Does it have to be rolling paper?

You must use thermal printing paper, which can be printed on roll paper or folded paper.

How to print on A4 folded thermal paper? Can the paper be printed on both sides?

Please use “peripage” specific thermal paper when printing on A4 folded paper. If printing other folded paper, please manually feed the paper, close the cover and press the paper before printing.It can only print on one side.

Can you print shipping labels with this?

Yes, it can be printed, supports 210mm/107mm/77mm/56mm (A4/4″/3″/2″) width thermal paper including shipping labels.

Why it does not work via Bluetooth on windows or Mac?

1）Bluetooth printing needs to be operated in the “Peripage” APP, which is only applicable to mobile phones or tablets.

2）For use on Windows or Mac, need to download the driver through the URL provided, and then print via USB connection
