5 Minutes Shredding

IMPORTANT Q&A:

Q1: How often should I lubricate the document shredder?

A1: In order to prolong the service life of the paper shredder, please use a professional paper shredder lubricating sheet or oil to lubricate the machine once or twice a month.

Q2: The cross-cut shredder is jammed. What should I do?

A2: Please slide the switch to REV and pull up the paper. After removing the exceed sheets, please shred again. If the paper is almost totally in the feed slot and can’t be taken out, please slide the switch to OFF first, then slide to FWD to shred the jammed paper.

Q3: Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?

A3: Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic or too thick. If so, please let the paper dry before shredding, or remove the plastic part, or reduce shredding sheets per pass. To extend the lifetime of the paper shredder, please don’t shred more than 8 sheets at one time.

Q4: Why are there paper scraps in the bin or in the cutter when I receive the new paper shredder? Is it a used machine?

A4:Please be assured that all paper shredders purchased from us directly are brand new. In order to ensure the quality and function of the shredder, we 100% tested every machine in production, and some units might not be cleaned completely. We’ll try our best to improve it.

Q5: Why doesn’t the shredder work after plugging in?

A5: Please make sure you assemble the head and basket in correct directions. The side with LOGO of the shredder head should be aligned to the side with transparent window of the bin.
